Curating an Engaged Community of Customers and Users

Hi founders! I’m so excited to bring you LIVE STREAMS with me every day at 2:30pm PST / 5:30pm EST . They are 13 minutes and meant to infuse your day with positive energy and inspiration around feminine leadership, startups and social impact.

When we first launch a product/service, it takes a little bit of time before we have a thriving network of users/customers who are evangelizing our products and brand. So how do we get started in the early days on building a community of followers who love our product and will vouch for us and spread the word?

The key to building a successful community in the early days is in doing enough introspection on the brand and letting that vibe shine through, and then opening a container for your first early adopters to easily interact with your initial offering/MVP.

There are different strategies like ads to then go farther with your message, but today I will talk about the first couple of steps - the brand and the container - which form the backbone of your community and lend themselves to fast organic growth.
