What comes to mind when you think of raising your first round of capital or selling your idea to new partners - people who don't know you or what you do? A lot of women or impact-driven founders will say that it feels inauthentic. Like you're trying too hard. Like you're trying to get validation - which is stressful to anyone, even the most seasoned, extroverted person (which you don't have to be, by the way).
