I realized that we are all walking an inner and outer path of transformation as we build our purpose-driven ventures. I call this the Goddess Leader's Journey - my take on the Hero's Journey by Joseph Campbell or Heroine's Journey by Maureen Murdock.

02:25 1. The Awakening - restlessness makes you follow a big vision and make a drastic change. It's still all "up in the air."

03:39 2. The Claiming - you start putting structure to it. But then your inner stuff starts being mirrored back to you in external situations and people you face. You walk through the fire of transformation.

05:05 3. The Queen - You emerge as a wiser, more discerning, more sovereign version of yourself. You are now ready to lead your venture - for real, this time - (though your venture may have closed or changed in the last phase.)
