Social impact founders, systems-changemakers, new paradigm leaders, healers, creators, and visionaries - 2021 is the year of break-THROUGH or break-DOWN for you. If you're like most of us, you spent all last year laying the foundation for something great.

But then 2021 came around and you thought - there is a LOT of chaos happening in the world around me. Maybe I should hunker down and take it easy for a week or two. Maybe the world isn't quite ready for my idea. Maybe I'm not where I need to be yet... You're stuck half in the old paradigm, half in the new. This year I challenge you to go all in on your vision and new energy, because the mainstream news media, corporations, incumbent systems and power dynamics are not going to support you.

You know who will support your shift in energy, outlook, perspective, and success? High frequency people who can see and hear your vision, reflect your gifts back to you, and collaborate with you to change the industry you operate in.

This is actually the time we decided to become leaders FOR. But we don't recognize that "It's Time" yet, because we don't see any evidence of change around us. Since we ARE the first wave, the frontline of change, we aren't going to see it until we do it. We won't see it until we do it!
