Why grinding harder is going to get you nowhere

I help founders raise capital. However ... I do it in a uniquely feminine-energy led way. This is something I rarely speak about or explain - namely, because feminine leadership is something that is felt, not explained. Explaining it goes against its essence.

That said, I did spend a lot of time codifying what I call "Goddess Leadership" into 5 simple, actionable steps that female founders can take to re-align with your natural way of doing work in the world. It goes something like this:

1. Your vision chose *you.* If you didn't tactically consider different venture ideas and choose the most practical and lucrative one, rather, you feel that your vision is deeply and passionately is unique to you, your experience, and your legacy ... then your vision "chose" you and you're a purpose-driven founder. This methodology is for you.

2. You create a container - a structure, product, process, or fundraise .... some way for others to understand your vision and "join the party." Your container should invite others to enroll in your vision (and not seek validation from others.)

3. INSTEAD OF GRINDING and pushing harder, you let yourself be seen and heard and create connectivity in your one-on-one conversations, and then let the right people get magnetized to you.

4. You step back, relax, and trust.

5. Quantum outcomes - outcomes rarely come right away for these types of founders, since there's a lot that has to be created/cleared beforehand. However, when they do, it often more than makes up for your energy, time, and money. This looks like spending a few months or years on zero cash and then suddenly raising a million dollars or securing your dream B2B partnership.

I did a whole TED-style talk on this in greater depth, and then I applied the whole methodology to pitch deck creation and fundraising, which you can access for free in my Pitch like a Goddess mini course!

I hope this helps!
