Why the first three years of your venture are a sh*tshow
If you’ve passed three years since inception of your venture vision, it’s possible you’re already in the next chapter of your evolution - and you haven’t fully realized it and owned it yet.
Usually, if you’re coming from a deeper space of purpose and passion with your venture, a few things are true:
Your inner journey toward embodied leadership will mirror your external results
You’ll spend some time in a state of “rock bottom” - until you learn to set strong guidelines around yourself and what you’re building (or rather, until you become “rock solid”…. internally)
Once you’ve burnt all that old stuff and rearranged things/iterated/made team changes, you’re actually fully ready to go out and raise money.
However, articulating the fullness of your venture can take some work at this stage. It requires taking several steps back and showcasing yourself from a totally new angle.
That’s the exact stage that I come in and help you clean up your narrative and move forward assertively to raise money. You’d be shocked how many founders go through this same chapter of rock bottom - and then suddenly catapult out of it, with my help.
Hope this helps! Rock on, founders.
