In my startup life, I used to be pedal to the floor, head down 24/7, obsessive, and results oriented. I knew everyone was counting on me, and I needed things to go faster, and I so I just pushed as far as I could go.

Outcomes trickled in slowly. Painfully slowly. And at one point I burned out with sheer physical and emotional exhaustion even before they started to really ramp up and I was forced to take 2 weeks off. Nothing was fun anymore, everything was a struggle.

I had forgotten some core truths about my purpose and about feminine leadership - like the quickest and biggest (quantum speed) outcomes happen when we do things intentionally, slowly, and methodically.
That I was 5 times more “myself” - ON, inspired, and happy - when I was part of a community of friends and supporters who saw me and “got” what I was building.

And that this way of being in the world - fully supported - was the only way for me to truly create a powerful, flow-y and outcome-generating venture. It was the only way for me to follow through on my vision.

I dare you to set quantum goals in 2021. I dare you to allow yourself to invest in the community and the support you would LOVE in order to make this venture thing explosively fun. To create lucrative multi-stakeholder partnerships, to nail your brand and get recognized in your industry, to scale your community, to secure that next capital round, to find that next big hire.
